Massage therapy to put you back in your body...

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have a holistic view of human health and wellness. I draw from my extensive training in human anatomy, physiology and various massage techniques to release your muscles, which in turn allows the release of your mind.

My office is a place to nurture your entire self — to feel taken care of, abandon all the everyday stressors, and to get more in tune with your body and its needs. The body and mind are very much connected, and you as a client are very important to your own well-being. My goal is to convey a feeling of contentment and joy for the entire time that you are in my space, allowing your daily or chronic aches to let go and melt away. I would like to break down the misconception that taking time to feel good is a superfluous luxury, and to help you become overall more stable, happy, and free from hurt.
