The Classics

Massage therapy can take many forms, from more focused rehabilitative or ‘medical/sports’ massage to pure bliss-me-out relaxation massage—and the classic sessions are generally a mix of both. These three sessions are all completely customized to the client’s specific needs to ensure that you, as my client, get the treatment/results that you want. I am proficient in Deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, Energy balancing, and therapeutic Myofascial work as well as using hot and cold stones, therapeutic-grade essential oils, heat/cold paks, massage percussor, and more.
For my pregnant clients I offer several different positioning options, including a Prego-Pillow to allow you to relax while on your tummy.

| Standard (1 hr 15 min)
The most popular session—usually manifesting as a full-body Swedish massage with some focus on a few areas of discomfort, but can also be a session very focused on just two or three problem points. The perfect length.

Deluxe (2 hr)
Two full hours of massage therapy! This allows time for intense focus on several areas of discomfort, as well as thorough attention to the entire body.

| Quick Fix (45 min)
Often used in 'emergency' same-day appointments or as a quick energy-boost. Client can choose to either have intense focus on one or two problem areas or enjoy a full-body general relaxation session. Also appropriate for younger clients and infants.

Outcall Massage (1 hr / 1 hr 30 min—must be scheduled with at least one days notice.)
Massage in your own home! Take advantage of the evening appointment hours to arrange a massage just before bed. Especially beneficial for clients just returning from travel, or who are suffering from sleep disturbance or insomnia.

Ultra Feet (45 min)
Reflexologists believe that the entire body can be mapped out and treated on the feet. Reward your hardest-working appendages with a spa-type salt scrub and hot towel treatment, followed by a lower leg and foot massage with peppermint-infused coconut oil. Also includes massage of the scalp and hands. Very popular as a gift—men love it too!

Revive (1 hr 30 min)
Revitalize your tired body with the powers of heat and cold. Two dry body brushes of varying intensity begin this session, followed by a vigorous massage with alternating hot and cold stones interspersed with traditional massage techniques and purifying essential oils. Designed to kick all your cells into action as well as relax the body, this treatment will make you feel like new.
(Especially helpful to the immune system, book this session when you’re feeling bogged down and just can’t shake that funk—be it emotional, physical, or energetic. However, I must ask that you please refrain from coming in with an active cold/communicable condition. Thank you!)

The Five Wonders (1 hr 30 min)
A rediscovery of the senses—get ready to luxuriate in all five: touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound. Throughout this delectable session we will focus on each sense in turn, of course including massage therapy along with a myriad of calming sounds, soothing smells, luscious sights and ending with a platter of exquisite tastes. Truly a royal treatment.

Office Policies
- Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, to allow for preparation.
- Appointments will end at the scheduled time, even if a client is late.
- Missed appointments with no advance notice will be charged in full.
- Clients will receive one thirty-minute gift certificate, valued at $25, for each first-time referral sent to me.
- Clients are encouraged to inquire about billing insurance. Clients may request chart notes and receipts for sessions to submit for reimbursement.
- Same-day or next-day appointments are possible, but subject to therapist's availability. Clients will be referred to one of several talented colleagues if scheduling is ever an issue.
